At All Round Wellness, we value strong, collaborative relationships with referrers, support coordinators, GPs, allied health professionals, schools, workplaces and community organisations.

We understand that making a referral is about more than passing on details. It is about trusting that the person you are referring will be met with care, professionalism and a thoughtful approach to support.

HOW WE CAN HELP YOU

Providing the right
support for your patients

We are a boutique allied health clinic offering psychology, counselling and behaviour support services for children, adolescents, adults, families and NDIS participants, with a focus on care that is clinically grounded, collaborative and deeply human.

Our team accepts referrals for a wide range of presentations and support needs, including:

  • Anxiety and depression

  • Trauma and attachment concerns

  • Emotional regulation difficulties

  • Child and adolescent mental health

  • Neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism

  • Eating disorder support

  • Family and relationship concerns

  • Workplace stress and burnout

Referral pathways

We accept referrals through a range of funding and referral pathways, including:

Mental Health Care Plans

Clients with a Mental Health Care Plan from their GP may be eligible for Medicare rebates for psychology services.

Private
Appointments

Clients are welcome to access services privately with or without a referral.

NDIS &
Behaviour Support

We support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants for counselling and Positive Behaviour Support services.

DVA, ICWA & Workers Compensation

We support clients with approved WorkCover and compensation-funded referrals. As well as clients with a DVA referral.

What referrers can expect

When you refer to All Round Wellness, our team aims to make the process clear, respectful, and easy to navigate.

We will:

  • Review the referral and match the client with an appropriate therapist where possible

  • Communicate clearly around availability, fees and referral requirements

  • Support clients to understand their next steps

  • Provide updates or reports where clinically appropriate and consent has been provided

  • Work collaboratively with other professionals involved in the client’s care

Please include any relevant background information, funding details, referral documentation and client contact information so our team can follow up appropriately.
